 FLDL-TP
Flach im Aufbau, ist diese diffuse Hintergrundbeleuchtung enorm leistungsstark. Durch die Verwendung von lichtstarken SMD-LEDs bzw. extrem hellen Mid-Power-LEDs wird ein sehr helles und intensives Licht erzielt. Hinter oder neben dem zu prüfenden Objekt angeordnet, wird dieses von der Kamera als Silhouette erkannt. Im Durchlicht sind Positionsprüfung, Umrisskontrolle, Dimensionsmessung sowie optische Inspektion von Abmessungen und Umrissen diverser Bauteile möglich.

Beleuchtungsaufbau:
Auf einer Grundplatine werden SMD-LED's oder superhelle Mid-Power-LED's ganzflächig und eng bestückt angeordnet. So wird eine gleichmäßig starke und homogene Ausleuchtung erreicht und eine kontrastreiche Darstellung von Objektkonturen ermöglicht.

Eigenschaften:
Leistungsstark und trotzdem flach im Aufbau. Durch die Verwendung von lichtstarken SMD-LEDs bzw. extrem hellen Mid-Power-LEDs wird ein sehr helles und intensives Licht erzielt.

Hauptanwendung:
Hinter oder neben dem zu prüfenden Objekt angeordnet, wird dieses von der Kamera als Silhouette erkannt. Im Durchlicht sind Positionsprüfung, Umrisskontrolle, Dimensionsmessung sowie optische Inspektion von Abmessungen und Umrissen diverser Bauteile möglich.
